Hal took his first hot air balloon flight in 1991. He did his flight training in New York and in 1996 received his commercial hot air balloon pilot certificate which includes an instructor rating. He represented Canada at the World Hot Air Balloon Championships in Austria in 2008 and was a corporate pilot for the REMAX hot air balloon team for eight years.
Our company has flown in twelve states and over a number of mountain ranges including the Rockies, Catskills, Appalachians, Adirondacks and Swiss Alps.
UPTUIT Balloons Inc. provides local hot air balloon rides over Rice Lake, the rolling hills of Northumberland County, and the cities of Kingston, Lindsay, and Peterbough. Packages include romantic getaways or flight certificates for special occasions. We also provide custom adventure vacation packages to exotic ballooning destinations in Europe and other parts of the world.
